Food Craze: Silantro, Fil-Mex Cantina

In a city known for serving Bangus in every diner, one restaurant dared to cater nachos, quesadillas, and burrito on the plate… not that I’m complaining! Because it’s definitely nacho ordinary Mexican spot. 😂

Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina, arguably tagged as the “Best Fil-Mex Joint in Town,” is a hole-in-the-wall Mexican-inspired restaurant built in the heart of Dagupan.
